Sub-Cooler Technical Information

General Description

Carbo Tech sub-coolers consist of a high quality condensing unit coupled to a balanced heat exchanger. When properly sized and installed, they will remove much of the heat developed in loop systems. All units utilize R-404A (HP-62) environmentally safe refrigerant, and are factory tested for proper operation.

Specifications

  1. Copeland semi-hermetic condensing unit.
  2. R-404A environmentally safe refrigerant.
  3. Balanced heat exchanger rated at 450 PSIG.
  4. 350 PSIG relief valve provided.
  5. Pressure switch provided.
  6. NEMA 3R electrical enclosure.
  7. Aluminum angle framework, with prepainted white aluminum cover.
